Staff so knd and carng, friendly and supportive at all time. Nothing was to much.
Suggested improvements
Certain night shift member not regular staff. Very rude a nd unsupportive when I had nightmares.

We work closely with our bank staff colleagues and provide regular feedback to their service. Please let me know the details so it can be investigated and addressed with the bank staff team
